The rules everyone on Belancer agrees to, in plain English and Bangla. Every change is dated and older versions stay readable.
- Terms of ServiceThese terms are the agreement between you and Belancer when you hire, sell or browse. In short: one account for everything, prices in one currency that never converts, money held in Payment Secured until work is approved, a 10% fee on what sellers earn, and talking and paying only on Belancer.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Privacy PolicyWhat we collect, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We use your data to run your account, keep payments and people safe, and meet the law. We never sell it.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Payment Secured, Pending and Refund PolicyWhen you pay, the money is held in Payment Secured until you approve the work. Once released, the seller's earnings stay Pending for 14 days before they can be withdrawn. Refunds go to your Belancer Balance at once, or to your original payment method if you ask.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Order, Cancellation and Dispute PolicyHow orders run from payment to approval, what happens when delivery is late or the work is not right, how cancellations and partial refunds work, and how Belancer decides a dispute.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Seller, ID Check and Withdrawal PolicyTo sell and withdraw on Belancer you verify your phone and your identity once. Withdrawals go to bKash, Nagad or a bank account in your own name, in Taka, from ৳500 up to ৳5,00,000 at a time.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Acceptable Use and Off-platform Contact PolicyKeep work, talk and payments on Belancer, be honest, and respect other people. Breaking these rules leads to strikes; 3 strikes start a suspension review.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Cookie PolicyBelancer uses a few cookies to keep you signed in and safe, remember your language and theme, and, only with your consent, to understand how pages are used.Effective from October 2, 2026
- Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)When a client marks a project as confidential, you sign this before you see its files and full story. You keep what you learn private and use it only to prepare a proposal or do the work.Effective from October 3, 2026
- Intellectual Property (IP) AssignmentWhen a client adds the IP assignment to a project, the freelancer signs it when accepting the work. After the client has paid in full, the rights in the finished work belong to the client.Effective from October 3, 2026
